This was a long day – fire fighting, working around the clock to meet deadlines.  Not only to meet the delivery date, but the meeting and deliver quality spare parts. Two things that are now taken for granted.  Production operators were briefed on the importance of producing quality parts and meet delivery dates. In the middle of this reconstruction of the bottom fell outside the economy, leaving Tim and Gary in a fight for their lives.  The pay cuts were implemented across the Board, sales engineers were recruited with one mission: bring in new business and expand their customer base.  Now.
