IMS Company Introduces the IMS Hydra Air Cooled Circulator

IMS Company announces the release of its latest offering to the Industrial Market, the IMS Hydra Air Cooled Circulator. With benefits ranging from its effortless use and maintenance to its green advantages, this IMS circulator provides cost-saving features that pay for itself by eliminating external water, sewer, and cooling tower costs.

Being a waterless cooling system, the IMS Hydra Air Cooled Circulator uses a copper and aluminum finned tube heat exchanger with a large fan to cool circulated water (and glycol mixture). Having an isolated tank that has no need for an external water source makes this mold circulator self-sufficient and a must-have for shops with a limited supply or poor quality of water. Furthermore, the use of glycol virtually eliminates corrosion to expensive tools and molds, saving time and replacement costs.

Constructed from quality components with its stainless steel pump, heating element, and tank, the IMS Hydra Air Cooled Circulator is ensured to have a long service life. Additionally, the IMS Hydra Air Cooled Circulator comes with an automatic low fluid level electrical shut-off capability to protect the pump and heater, a solid state PID temperature controller that enables accuracy up to ±1° F, and an 11 gauge, welded, 12 gallon stainless steel reservoir.

The IMS Hydra Air Cooled Circulator is also designed for optimal portability and efficient maintenance capabilities. By eliminating the need for an external water source, this circulator can be moved with ease to any location in a shop with an appropriate electrical source, utilizing the mounted swivel casters. And, with the Hydra Circulator’s easy-to-remove air filter and side panels, maintenance is fast and intuitive, reducing costs and system down time.

Equipped with a 9kW heating element, the new IMS water circulator is available in 230/60/3 or 460/60/3. Call 1-800-537-5375 today to order the IMS Hydra Air Cooled Circulator, or visit the IMS Company website: http://www.imscompany.com to view the updated digital catalog or place an order online.

Should I use a metal processing company to manufacture plastic parts my?

Engineers and buyers, often up to companies to produce plastic parts machined metal parts. They assume that mechanics metal uses the same operations as a manufacturer of plastic, so there is no big difference. In fact, the two worlds apart. This article reviews the three main reasons why you should not use the company metal-working machines to make plastic components.

Cutting fluids for all critical material:
Equipment used for metal machine-even if only used for metal, sometimes can contaminate parts with oil-based cutting fluids. Many plastics are also very sensitive to oil based cutting fluid will degrade if they come into these liquids. In addition, many crystalline plastics will absorb cutting oils. If the parts are being manufactured for the purposes approved by the food and drug administration or medical applications, it will not meet the criteria.

Metal fragments contaminated plastic parts:
It is difficult to adequately clean the machine, which has been working on metals, especially if you have worked on stainless steel. This could lead to another pollution problem. If the soft plastic material, can become embedded metal fragments left on the parts.

Metal shops are experts in metal, not plastic:
Metal processing companies rarely have any in-depth knowledge of plastic materials, or more specifically, the materials used in the application. Plastic mechanics know what plastic is best for any job, and can produce the need without "trial and error" to use metal Machinist. A manufacturer of plastic good material and knowledge will be logging right to always give you the highest quality parts.

Engineered plastic products company is a prime supplier of machined parts out of plastic. Corp EPP has extensive experience in the manufacture of critical parts for the aerospace, military, and fluid handling machinery, and medical industries. Capacity include: plastic custom milling, turning and custom plastic parts plastic screw and plastic vents and Assembly.

EPP Corp ISO 9001: 2008, SBA CCR registered, certified, and has over 33 years of experience providing cost effective plastic parts with minimum production times. More information at eppcorp.com.

When buying a metal bending machines, and there are quite a few things that should be kept in mind.

The price of these machines

Metal bending machines, and come in a wide variety as they are used for different purposes, for example some may be used for the production of thin-walled metal tubes, while others are used to produce sheet metal. Because of the different sizes and features, and vary their prices as well. Furthermore, there are many companies that produce these machines. Before you buy, you need to make sure the fact that compare quotations and features of different brands of machines to your satisfaction.

It is the first thing that you should be looking at the metal pipe sizes that can be bent. Device you have selected must be able to bend the greatest volume of tube available in your company. Secondly, we should also be looking for guarantees and return policies of industrialization with the sale. Some manufacturers also provide leasing mechanism, so you might want to exercise that option in the first years of use. Some companies also offer spare parts as part of the deal and good choice.

Pennsylvania Water Jet Company Celebrates 26 Years of Business

This year marks the 26th year of business for H&H Precision Wire, a Pennsylvania machine shop and precision cutting company that serves clients nationwide.

The company began in 1985 out of a small car wash, with only a single CNC lathe and two employees. Looking back, owner Terry Heller said it's amazing how far the company has come along.

"Our success is due to two things: our reputation and our amazing customers," Heller said. "H&H Precision Wire has made its name in providing quality, speedy service at an affordable cost, and we never would have been able to do this without the client base we've amassed over the past 26 years."

After six years of operating out of the former car wash, H&H Precision Wire moved into a 4,500 square-foot shop, which meant more employees and more CNC lathes. Two expansions later, the company is housed in a 12,000 square-foot facility, with 17 employees and 23 CNC machines.

H&H Precision Wire has five separate departments, which together produce the quality precision products for which the company is known. Heller said the company's dedication to quality and its approach to managing employees has resulted in a high percentage of tenured employees, with many averaging over 12 years of service with the company.

The Newport, Pa. machine shop offers wire EDM, water jet, CNC lathe, CNC mill and screw machine services. The company's wire EDM machines are able to achieve very small tolerances, and its water jet capabilities have given them the ability to cut an array of materials and thicknesses, from stone and metal to rubber and plastic. H&H Precision Wire has cut various sorts of material, including tool pieces, gears, sprockets and more.

The company is one of the most successful businesses in Perry County, Pa. For more information about H&H Precision Wire, readers can visit http://www.hhprecisionwire.com.
