Small Size Metal Batman Shape Flying Cutter

Bounty Hunter's Junior Metal Detector gives you professional metal-detecting functions in a compact, lightweight package. Detecting coin-sized objects up to 5" deep and larger objects to 3 ft., it also has discrimination control eliminating unwanted metals, while the target indicator meter measures signal strength. To determine approximate depth, the volume of the signal increases as targets get closer. Easy to use for youth through adult metal detecting and backed by Bounty Hunter's 1 year warranty.

How to: Arduino board of bread ...

Have a pair of Arduinos useful plate bread can really make rapid prototyping and painless.  And while the bread Arduino board has very much has been flogged to death in every way, shape and riding, we are posting our deliveries as a reference for future projects and still be released libraries.  Before you begin, here are some links to some of the nicest dead ponies previously referred:

The simplicity and conserve energy, our variant disclaims any voltage Regulation.  It runs directly from 3 x AA batteries where it will work reliably at 16 MHz up to about 4 volts.  8 MHz battery voltage can safely fall as low as 2.5 volts, which is a great use of "dead" batteries.  As indicated by the tag, this specific Mega328 has fuses is defined as the internal 8 MHz RC oscillator, the 16 MHz crystal is on the Board, but it's just for show, what is a poser ...

The LED on the Arduino pin 13, there is a connector ICSP/SPI in the upper-right corner and the USB dongle in the middle.  As we have been working on a modified bootloader, the ICSP connector has seen much use.  The USB miniboard is a project in the House, is based on the FT232R and QFN package as well as having all the i/o burst, boasts a switch at the bottom of 3/5 volts.  The rest of the pieces is a handful of capacitors, both en masse and ignore, as well as the reset and power switch.  Below we have the circuit diagram, more or less wrapped in bread plate form, click to see full size:

The Eagle's footprint to the Mega328 is organized according to the pins of the chip.  The library file is available here: n0m1.com-mega328p.rar.  And the schema in Eagle format is here: BBA sch

Wall mountable board game design for CNC mill

Have you ever won an epic board game night? Have you wanted to present this victory on your living room wall? Well, your very own wall can create with this instructable, mountable board game, the the envy of your guests and your family be proud.

The jist of it.
I'm a geek board game and a CNC hobby. After many of the settlers of Catan I my CNC skills to the test decided to set and pay increase on Catan. The Board of Directors in this instructable is 19 hexagons, included a 6 piece Allen frame with a plate back up. All parts, including the frame pieces have pockets for magnets. Also each frame piece of man-to woman puzzle extensions (to lock each piece together) and a slot for hanging the mounted Board (much like a plaque). The beautiful on my design is that the final assembly is never permanent and at any time you can un-mount the Board from the wall, new to arrange all the pieces and a brand new game!

Did I mention that I carved pieces of wood with my home made CNC mill and laser-engraved the designs feature a friend-CNC laser machine?

If you like please accept this instructable for him, by clicking on the orange Ribbon in the upper right corner of the screen!

What will you learn.
These instructions use Hexagon shapes. However you can apply with some imagination these instructions to each theme as long as it has a frame. You will learn:
(1) Required tools, materials, and wood selection for CNC milling & CNC laser engraving
(2) Designing for CNC milling and CNC laser engraving
(4) A few wood working skills
5 Tips for CNC mill operation.
(6) Tips for CNC laser surgery.
(7) How to move and setup a project from one computer to another using devices
(8) Basics in oil on wood and clear coating

Necessary tools
CNC mill (at least 4 in. Z-travel, I suspect it has a spindle/router, my 2 25hp Ridgid router from Home Depot.)
CNC laser machine (with a Z-focus at least inches)
Jointer 6 "width (bench mounted or stand, no hand Jointer) *"
Hank 13 "width (bench mounted or stand, no hand Planer) *"
Table saw.
Sander (hand-held is best)
Sander with radial Sander (bench mounted is best)
Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
Clamp (the big spring are the best for this)
Digital Vernier caliper
Tape measure
Triangular file
1/4 "Diameter dowels (the actually 5.9 mm but what ever measuring)."
3/8 "Carbide end mill (cut) (or large solid Carbide Endmill for rough work)"
1/8 "Carbide end mill (cut) (or any small solid Carbide end mills for finer work)"
60 Degrees bit HM V Groove router
Hammer
1/4 "Plug (for Hammer)"
Dust mask
Eye protection (goggles or glasses)
Hearing protection
Push sticks.
Cotton cloth (can be old clothes that are clean! Preferably use a sock also pilly reasons. not clothes that get have gone through several washes, new clothing Adrian, towels or indoor)
Air brush / air gun system (if you decide to go this route)

Materials
... Wood an ample amount of wood, see below for decisions
Wood glue
X 2 MDF sheet 1 / 2 "or 3/4" thick and as wide as the bed of the CNC mill
X 5 MDF sheets 1/4 "(oder CA. 4 mm Dick, würde nicht Gehen jeden dünner)"
x 27 magnets 12mm diameter.
Sheet metal up to 1mm thickness width approx. 0.75 mm
Wood oil or wood stain (my favorite is Danish oil for cherry wood, which is what I used for this project and many others)
Wood sealer (water or oil, brush or air gun, your choice, I prefer using airbrush for a strip free views)
Semi gloss or full gloss varnish (for clear coating)
Lacquer thinner

Wood selection for CNC milling & laser engraving
The hexagon frame pieces should a ' punchy ' grain when oiled and should boast a beautiful 3D raised pattern. The wood should be strong because of the frame pieces are also the main structure. As the frames have raised patterns, are the wood must be hard and easily cut without chipping (remain from most soft woods including pine). The wood must also light in color and just his textures (so is Oak) so it engraved laser light can be.
1St choice cherry!
2. Choice, Alder, birch, maple,(birch and Maple are hard on tools, Birch does not have a fantastic grain)
3. Dial Mohaganny(dark wood hard to see laser engraving)
4. Choice of oak (very porous and grainy. Only use if your laser engraving and elevated patterns are very large)

The inner Hexagon tiles need really no increased patterns of (your choice), but they treat pieces, possibly an inlay definitely some bags and heads if you want to go so far. In particular, the material must be light in color and not very grainy because the players going your game to have very clear to see the laser engraving.
1St choice pine (very cheap and you can easily buy ready made sheets)
2. Choice Baltic Birch plywood (Note: only thin layer of forest with thick layers, single-layered also use sharp tools for best results tend to very easily out chip)

* If you can, you buy ready made planks of wood, already size based on dimensions of step 2 made
* If timber cutting shop (also known as "ripping"), you can get the length of the wood that you need.
